Dr. Sandra Michael-Johnson is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, reside in St Louis, Missouri. Sandra is an online educator, author, mentor, and motivational speaker. From the humble beginnings and well-intentioned efforts, Dr. Sandra became a visionary of the future for those who experienced life challenges. Due to Sandra's past experience of abuse and losing a loved one to domestic violence, her passion grew more to help others and raise awareness nationally and internationally. She stated, "throughout life, we are taught to keep personal situations in the house, regardless of the damage it causes." Sandra was able to discover early in life a need to find a solution, how to transform, and how to turn negative behavior into positive outcomes.

Sandra's education includes a BS in business management, an MBA/Human Resource Management, and a Doctorate of Management in organizational leadership and Psychology. 

Dr. Sandra is a survivor of domestic violence and other life challenges. Her motivational messages to women in today’s society have inspired women to pursue their dreams and set higher goals than they could ever imagine. She focuses on helping women to understand life brings challenges and embraces them to experience unlimited opportunities. The ultimate goal for Dr. Sandra is to motivate others to pursue their dream regardless of how difficult life may seem based on past and current events.

Sandra Johnson is the CEO/Founder of The Power of Faith Foundation. Sandra currently mentors, coaches individuals, and groups of women. She is an inspirational speaker that influences individuals to focus on the strength within, and their Power of Faith to bring out the best abilities and skills to excel beyond measures. Sandra's goal is to help create and maintain a positive culture and leaders for our current and future generations.
